Cozy Cards and Collectibles Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cozy Cards and Collectibles. We pack every order with care so it arrives safe, secure, and ready for your collection.
1. Processing time
We typically process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During busy release weeks or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.
2. Where we ship from and where we ship to
We ship from Canada and offer shipping to:
• Canada
• United States
• International destinations (where supported at checkout)

3. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times
Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address. Typical delivery ranges are:
• Canada: 1 to 5 business days
• United States: 1 to 7 business days
• International: 3 to 14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, and peak periods.
4. Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and shipping method.
5. Tracking
Most shipments include tracking. If tracking is included for your order, you will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships.
6. Packaging and care
We do our best to protect your items with sturdy packaging and protective materials. We also inspect sealed products before shipping for major issues.
7. Lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages
Once a package is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your tracking shows delays, you can contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.
If your package appears lost or there is an issue with delivery, contact info@cozycards.ca and we will support you however we can, including helping with a carrier claim when applicable.
8. Customs and import fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping cost.
